This is KFLG Radio the new home for online radio and unsigned music in Kansas City and it’s surrounding areas. Started by Eldgin “E5L” Brown in 2012 as a place for unsigned artists to showcase their talent without any of the politics associated with getting played on standard “over the air” radio stations. Unsigned doesn’t always mean untalented. As a music producer for the last 15 years Eldgin has seen his fair share of artists come and go who had great promise but lacked a solid starting point for turning their hobby or passion into a career. At KFLG we embrace all genres of music from Jazz to Reggae, from Rap to Rock, Gospel to Electronic music.

As long as the music is good we’ll play it!! We are currently implementing a full roster of shows tailored to different genres of music some of which will include on air personalities and guest DJ’s.

Our playlists for general listening and our shows are driven by our listener base exclusively through our ratings system. The more popular a song is, the more airplay it gets, it’s as simple as that!!
