KFLG Radio collects information you choose to provide through accounts, orders, submissions, requests, contests, newsletters, contact forms, and notification preferences. We also process limited security data such as hashed network identifiers, session records, browser information, and audit events.
We use information to provide requested services, secure accounts, moderate community activity, review artist and event submissions, fulfill orders, send consented communications, comply with law, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers may process data only for contracted purposes, including payment processing, transactional email, opted-in SMS, CAPTCHA, hosting, and analytics when enabled. Stripe receives checkout and card information directly; KFLG does not store raw card data.
You may update preferences in your account and request access, export, correction, or deletion. Legal, fraud-prevention, financial, and audit retention duties may limit deletion. Contact privacy@kflgradio.com for privacy questions.
Cookies are used for secure sessions, preferences, carts, and abuse prevention. Optional analytics or marketing technologies must remain disabled until consent controls required by the visitor’s jurisdiction are active.
