KFLG Radio respects copyright and reviews properly documented infringement notices. Send notices to dmca@kflgradio.com with identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
KFLG may remove or restrict access while evaluating a notice and may notify the affected contributor. A counter-notice should identify the removed material, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, include contact and jurisdiction-consent information, and include a signature.
Knowingly false claims may create liability. This page is a process template and must be completed with the station’s designated agent and legally reviewed before launch.
